Agreement

By placing an order with Phonfy you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing

Prices include applicable sales tax and are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a correction affects an order you have already placed we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Availability

Stock levels shown on the site are live but not reserved until checkout completes. In the rare case an item sells out between your order and our dispatch, we will contact you within one working day.

Warranty

All devices carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. We handle warranty claims on your behalf for the first twelve months.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, place orders you do not intend to accept, or resell warranty-registered devices as new.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Karachi.
