Orders
Yes, until the order is marked Shipped. Contact support with your order number and the new address and we will update it.
Payments
Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay by bank transfer — the account details appear at checkout and on your order confirmation.
Products
Every unit is sourced from authorised distributors. We do not stock refurbished or grey-market devices, and each carries a serial number you can verify with the manufacturer.
Returns
Open My Orders, select the order and choose Request a return within 14 days of delivery. We email a collection label within one working day.
Shipping
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days nationwide and free on orders above Rs 15,000. Express delivery reaches Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi in 1–2 working days.
Warranty
Yes. Every device is sourced through official channels and carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on its product page — typically 12 months. We file warranty claims on your behalf for the first year.
