Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched the same day from our Karachi warehouse. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

• Standard delivery — 3 to 5 working days nationwide. Free on orders above Rs 15,000.
• Express delivery — 1 to 2 working days to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Store pickup — ready within 4 hours at our Karachi flagship.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier, and is always visible under My Orders → Track Order.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery on a returned parcel is charged at the standard rate.

Areas we cannot reach

A small number of postcodes are outside our couriers' networks. If yours is one of them we will call you within one working day of your order and refund in full.
