What we collect

We collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — plus the technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address and device type.

Why we collect it

To take payment, deliver your order, answer your questions, and to detect fraud. We also use aggregate data to work out which products to stock.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not email you marketing unless you asked us to, and every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only the parties who need it to fulfil your order: our courier partners, our payment processors, and the accountants who audit our books. Each is bound by contract to use it for that purpose alone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax law. Everything else is deleted within twelve months of your last interaction with us, or immediately on request.

Your rights

Email privacy@phonfy.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. We respond within thirty days.
